Exactly Buddy,

When things got messy, I just went and got a job that I really enjoy. Its so good, now I have the best of bother worlds.

I know I am in for a good ride on a LOT of my stocks and I can just leave it there. And I only used my money and only what I could afford. So, I have a job, a wack of real estate that thanx to the downturn is making me plenty of cash plus my shares are rolling.

Bring it on EPA, make my year LOL
