By the time S32 get approvals and you'll be 6 ft under, its going to be a lot harder for any mining developments under the Biden, the Greenie agenda will make sure that approvals won't come easy. Better off selling S32 and investing in social housing and nursing homes, this will be all the rage under the Democrats. Not sure where the money will come from though.
