this was the same case with BHP divesting Nickel West and then holding it again...I'm sure with commodity prices for Tin gaining momentum...ORE would be biting their fingers now for having made that decision.... Mining Tin is very different compared to other minerals...and takes upto a decade provided you have strong economics... I agree I'm not the most patient holder but I agree with the process time it takes...
