From my reading it of the KIK JV announcement I'm just wondering whether they have estimated the costs of developing Tindalo and Yakal to be aproximately $26M. If so, this would enable KIK to be free carried into production.
As for the breakdown of the next $26M of costs in SC 54 shallows it will be as follows.
NDO 60% = S15.6M
KIK 23% = $6M (paid by 'Investors')
'Investors' 17% = $4.4M
