- Shares on issue: 103.6mil ( very few outstanding shares and it is easy to fly)

MQR total has five projects, include high grade lithium, cobalt (0.43% Co), gold and nickle, lets see the project one by one;

Clayton Calley Lithium Project, (lithium rich brines and clays, similar to AGY?), located at Nevada, just near Tesla's Gigafactory

Recently many lithium companies are flying under the ridar, look at below market cap for some lithium players

- GXY: 1.45bil;
- AVZ: 574.5mil;
- CXO: 224.87mil;
- AGY: 122.34mil;
- LPD: 93.34mil
- SYA: 42.8mil
- MQR: 8.4mil

The lithium project is approximately 3.5 hours from Tesla's Gigafactory Number 1, a large lithium-ion battery factory. and this project is just neigbour to the south of the only producing lithium mine in North America (Silver Peak)

Werner Lake Cobalt Project ( Ontario, Canada), very high cobalt grade, 0.43% Co

Recently Cobalt shares are also flying, for example COB, lets see the cobalt peers market cap comparison
- CLQ: 235mil;
- AUZ: 83mil;
- AML: 91mil;
- COB: 61mil;
- MQR: 8.4mil;

The Werner lake cobalt is very high grade, In my impression, such a high-grade cobalt mine can only be seen in DRC, Katanga area, and it is only up to around 0.15% Co in Australia. Therefore, such a high-grade cobalt mine with tiny market cap, is worthy of your attention.

Total mine production was reported at 143,386 pounds of cobalt grading approximately 2.2% cobalt and 0.75 % copper (Hughes 2010a).

West SpargovilleProject (gold, nickel)

4,000RC drilling plan announced targeting gold and nickel, without even aircore totest for geochemanomalies, it shows strong sign of confidence from the project team;

the west Spargoville project is adjoining to $MXR and $AAR,Tolga isMXR’s big share holder;

I like the MQR's excellent project management to follow closely to their commited target, refer to below program, they are well on schedule and 1st batch of the assay results are imminent, and our neibour MXR should also will receive drilling result soon.

MQR's Spargoville gold and nickle project is supported by Dr Jame who is with rich experience and great reputation in the mining industry. Dr James Warren was explorationmanager for Echo Resources. He was instrumental in increasing resources intheir Yandalbelt gold project from 350k oz to 1.5m ozresulting in the subsequent $240m takeover by $NST.In that regard, West Spargoville islooking very interesting.
