"Will the uptake of the Hernia product occur faster ?"
I believe PNV will enter this market very easily for the reasons you suggest. but there is another very big reason why they will become the gold standard very quickly, that reason is that today's hernia mesh material has lots of problems, something that what PNV have will address I believe?
