If the advice from the ASA and proxy advisers is to 'vote no' in respect of this resolution, it will be a classic case of a listed company that's otherwise doing very well - bumper grains crop, great receivals tonnages, good communication with holders and I'd hope graingrowers and a successful export sales diversification in pivoting away from too much reliance on sales to mainland communist China - being hoist by its own petard.
