FOr a spec stock I think Toe is def worth buying, there may be some downside but I feel its worse days are behind it.. It has really strong Uranium team and pretty good projects that are reasonably well advanced, it could produce some nice solid returns I bought in 9 10 and again at 14 Looking to get more I think this one has some substance to it thats my gut feel after talking to people in the industry and some research. certainly no expert here though so please DYOR
