Thanks very much for the in depth analysis. It means alot to me and a couple of my mates who have been trying to find this out for awhile now, so thank you. Do you think from your experience that AIZ is at a BUY price now.? And sorry to be a pain but I didn't sort of understand the unfranked credit thing.? Say the dividend was $0.20would i receive the full amount or does some get taken.? Once again really sorry to be asking silly questions but I'll never learn if i dont ask , I appreciate anything you have to say.
