I dont think the $400,000 has anything to do with the 100,000sq/m

I think it is the fee for conducting the feasability study and associated equipment.

The full project is much larger if they go ahead, then that is where we can start looking at the 100,000-500,000 sq/m and seeing what that means for us.

The $75 figure has been quoted by DYE many times over a sustained period of time, which is very positive, when they first said it I thought it might be wrong.
I expect some projects would be lower, if they are not in for as much of the IP as they are with Corus (where the figure comes from) but I doubt it will be dropping significantly.

On a side note, the bearish chartists should drop by more often, both times has resulted in a nice green day.
