I had just assumed (from no actual knowledge) that REE might pay for that from their $5M cash reserve, which would leave them about $4M. seals and perhaps RAF and maybe others think that could be the trigger for another raise, which based on history, could be an option.

Personally, I hope we don't have an imminent CR, but I think Jeremy is going to do whatever Jeremy and co. wants, so... i dunno. I don't think a CR now would be suicidal but unless it was for something explicitly not covered by $5M there would be a lot of throwing of hands up in the air and waving them around like people did indeed care. It would cause reccent momentum to stall but there is also news due, so it would perhaps even out. I don't know anything.

They’re already listed as a holder ( from the site market screener).Which is a bit prompt I’d gather?
So by Feb 18th REE will have to pay the $1m. Unless they don’t, forfeit the $50k and shares reallocated back to Talaxis.
So I was wondering what’s in the deal for Talaxis? Need cash, simplifying their books, or something else?
