Thanks Jess so what matters is the Design Wins over the next 6 months for baked on customers as they are unlikely to be running a dual technology strategy.
Lets hope this time design wins turn into deployment and the sales team keep track of this for their commissions.
I expect commissions and bonuses are tiered being paid on both design wins and deployments with the bigger proportion of commissions incentive on the deployments
