Ann: Change in substantial holding, page-5

Well the amount of shares that they control went from 29,311,689 to 39,708,447 which is a change of 10,396,758. However appendix B only shows a single transaction on the 7th of January cash purchase of 8,400,000 for $966,000.02 (11.5 cents per share). 1,996,758 shares acquired some how some where for some thing?
So I cannot definitively say how much as some information is missing.
