    BP just released a new report for PXS on 7th Jan, they are optimistic with cautious for the company in this year.
    FDA approval is the main reason for the upgrade, but still not putting any value on LOXL2 partnership.

    Someone has already accumulated some shares, may see further jumps in the next few days.
