Been observing the increased volume since 3 December. It's now averaging 1 million daily. A far cry from the 25K daily average previously. Some days in Aug and Sep my orders were 50% of volume. I've got a sneaking suspicion Mr Mende could be building up a position. The increased volume commenced shortly after AMCI made a cash offer for Bryah Mn interests. He's got a superb analytical team and OMH by any measure is severely undervalued. Mende is not a corporate raider. He tends to work with incumbent managements. For instance he could easily assist OMH refinance their debt using his extensive connections with the big Wall Street and City Banks. $400 mill for them is chicken feed. OMH management may want him inside the tent as his experience and contacts could be invaluable. Requires further observation.
