prob best to do it now. draw a line in the sand as I can only see the sp heading in the one direction whilst there is no cash of any significance on the horizon. That's unless some of the modifications have begun to work on phenix and coviu - which is prob still going to be small amounts. It would be nice to see some dollars from those sources though!
