If that was to be the out come then that maybe a better out come for punters than a straight up merger.
I probably have not worded it the best way but I'd like to see the share holders get max value for their holding.
But in this econ climate and Rio's fin health I just hold a lot of doubts about the best outcome.
Hopefully polo will pull the best possible deal away from rio.
Heres hoping, because its a huge resource.
