    If you take the class action out against CVI then I guarantee that Smythe would deem it appropriate to spend the last remaining money on his mates legal services with him somehow in the middle of CVI & his lawyer mates offering "consulatency" LOL!

    Any action should be ideally, if possible, directed at directors, they might not have the money or have hidden it but they will have director indemnity insurance.
