Hey stocktalker, one the recent presentations (think is was AGM pres, don’t have time to look it up right now) wbt showed all the instances of semiconductors in the 1phone, and said about 50% of those were memory. They also said that for a device like a phone, they would except 10’s of cents in licensing to wbt. This isn’t a whole lot of detail, but you can see how the numbers would start to add up very quickly across the whole market.
