- New managing director Patrick Holywell (ex De Gray mining)
- Nickel + Gold mining within Botswana and Australia with the rights to existing nickel projects in Botswana
- Company has demonstrated over and over again they can acquire funding easily both publicly and privately
- BCL administration will wrap up soon with new owners (our joint venture partner that was mining Botswana for over 50 years)
- Existing mining licenses and offtake agreements
