i don't see any rationale for a merger between CHZ and OKU. While the ground is not that far apart it is in different countries which would make it hard to even pretend they were going to get synergies.
And then if it was one company do you prioritise Diamba Sud or Dandoko? CHZ just needs to explore what it has and OKU already has more prospective ground than the market has patience. They don't need more ground.
A Roscan/Oklo merger makes more sense for me. Not because either needs more ground but a merged co would have a more consolidated contiguous holding and be a more attractive corporate target. And both being in Mali they maybe could save money on operational bases.
