my understanding is that they are always engaging on closing the loan out early but it needs to be a win /win the reality is with higher AUD , the loan is decreasing in AUD terms and is at a level where closing out early now won’t have a large financial impact. I also understand that as long as a Level of cash is set aside that covers the loan, the no dividend condition can be waived
