Here's an interesting thought.

What if at the recent CR or the next one (whenever it is), as part of some arrangement, Talaxis is now or is one day soon to become a holder in RareX.
Without knowing Talaxis closely, there could seem to be a lot going for such a concept. It could help explain the very friendly price that Jeremy has been given. Like a $1M share swap - REE gets Talaxis's share of CREC, in exchange for Talaxis getting a few percent (approximately) of REE.
