Best chance the collective had was to halt the issue of the entitlement at 1.25c - which could have been done imo, get voted in and replace management.

Management placed the 95% shortfall (NINETY FIVE PERCENT) to mates - that resulted in the collectives resolutions being thrown out.

The collective (ie existing, pro-active and well connected shareholders) would have won hands down and CVI would be now be under management (even with MS still on board) with a new vigor.

Unfortunately the battle was lost and MS is by himself (even Auditors are distancing themselves from the character!)

The shell has 1 billion shares on issue (is a long long long way from any revenue or ROI).

And if the shortfall takers (MS chums) actually paid up for the stock - then they are down about $1.5-2mill. Its theyre own fault since they didn't vote the way of the collective. If the collective had their resolutions passed, the media would have jumped all over CVI (free advertising) AND the sp would be significantly higher than 1.25c imo. There would have been a renewed energy surrounding CVI (which even MS could have been apart of from the back seat).

MS and the new shortfall takers missed a big opportunity here (along with the rejection of bonus options issue). I guess they have their reasons!

    She a dead duck now.
Battle lost - time to move on imo.

    Cheers,
    The Sparkler
