I am quite surprised that NTD share price is not increasing more pre-results.
A lot of elements are going in the right direction for them :
- sales in the auto part sector are doing well, looking at the recent update of ARB and Bapcor,
- the significant increase of AUD should also be good for their margin (opposite situation last year had a strong negative impact on their gross margin),
- rapid decrease of their debt (by 10 m between August and October).
At the same time, the stock continues to look really cheap with a free cash flow yield of 15 %+.
