Acquisitions have all been cash-funded.
Unlike other specialised professionals (in, for example, the medical field), accountants - see generic sample below of average accounting type with sunny disposition - aren't avaricious in nature.
They are happy to take a few dollars off the table to step away from a 45-year career filing tax returns on behalf of their clients.
