rowe claims court order to put resolutions..?

    Yesterday, the Chairman, Mr Rowe deflected a motion to adjourn the meeting saying "there is a Court order that this meeting proceed and the resolutions be put"...

    The case shows that there was no such order made by Judge Dobson in the Victorian case last week. See case below.
