Hi Dilu.
I dont think there is any reason to sell GRR at the moment. The price for pellets keep rising, there is no change in demand or supply on the horizon and each quarter GRR shoveling in more Profits. With a increase in dividends the shareprice will gradually go up. Then there could be a chance that GRR joines the ASX 300, or that theSouthdown Project become interesting for the big players or even for Grange itself.
The pressure to utilize the spare money is growing, which could bring in a takeover, and lastly the underground mining will take off sometime this year, which gets the costs down. All these factors will have an impact on the shareprice. If tou weight the possibility of shareprice goes down or up, its mostly factors who drive the price up and practically no reason why it should drop. So with a much higher possibility the shareprice will go up.
An exit point for me would be sometime end of this year or earlie next year when Vale is back to full production, or when China get their mines in Africa up and running. But both of these are still far away.
