    Very true. After 4Q 2018 revenue and margin saw quite a significant lift. And the SP had a strong bull run in the next 12 months throughout 2019. What FLC needs is another one of those contracts and it should lit the fire for another bull run, if history is of any of lesson. Maybe looking at quarterly backlog is not very good way to judging FLC's performance, since those contracts may takes more than 12 months to materialise. Next time if you speak to them pls seek some clarity regarding backlog.
