Shall I say it - Tax loss selling?

Or have I been dudded again and read this wrong.

May be as I predicted a mth ago that if they didn't announce to the market that the bp pone sales went through as they promised then there would be itchy fingers. as my earlier post says though I got an e-mail from Dr Allen Shell stating that the bp pones had been contracted in the current qtr. I would have thought though that would have been confirmed to the market or have I mis-interpretated the answer?
