60Mw with expansion planned to 100Mw coming to NZ.... very glad that CDC got their plans in for NZ before this, but can only see more expansion coming in the near term.
CIV-19 is not going away purely because of a vaccine, IMO this will cause the uptake of data centers and associated technologies even more relevant and in demand.
Obviously QScan is far from put to bed... but I am curious to see where IFT's next move will be.
Thinking further on it - they may actually be looking to realise returns on some assets to free up the war chest again. Anyone want to speculate on a divestment of part of TLT... their 65% holding has risen beautifully, yet I also acknowledge that while interest rates are low... they are probably close to their borrowing limits now. Selling a 14% stake in TLT would realise them ~190m, while still maintaining majority control (51%).
