Efficient Market Hypothesis - No news / Catalyst and everything remains constant in theory there is no change in SP.

Investor Behavior has a large part to play, I think a significant factor to the current downtrend is that certain parties exiting positions as it doesn't fit with their initial investment thesis. Just to elaborate this doesn't mean by any stretch of the imagination that AVA is a dud company all it means is that they prefer to invest elsewhere as its better suited to the way there portfolio is structured.

So Irrespective of current SP Movements I think its fair to say that nothing has really changed in terms of the business itself, and unless im missing something I still see plenty of upside here.
