    UMC will mine the ore themselves, with the first ore hitting the port in about 2 years time. There will be a deal done for railway and port access. The leases will not be traded as they are too valuable to the company to be seperated. There is definitely more value for shareholders in keeping the leases rather than getting lost in a big billion dollar company.
