Yes, that's a ridiculous amount of shares, the reporting is often a mess, and the management is weak. This is the highest risk investment in my portfolio by a massive margin. I am only in it based on my bullish sentiment for graphite.

However, as I mentioned, my investment is small and I can tolerate the risk given the over performance of the rest of my portfolio. I am really gambling on the fact that graphite prices will take off in the next couple of years and a partnership allows expansion or the mine will be acquired.
