You still should sell whatever shares needed to by back more shares at .36.
Example, lets say you still have entitlement of 1000 shares. It will cost 36 cents to buy them. So sell your original 1.08 at 1.15 or whatever you can get. If 1.15 you will sell 313 to get 360 in order to buy 1000 and you end up with 687 more shares than when started.
Makes sense to sell current PLS and take 100% of your full entitlement. Do it now and fast!
