Yes very good comments I also thought this was a good project but my research into how the locals reacted in the past makes this nothing but a short term hold when the pimpers arrive
unfortunately many just want to blank out some of the major issues of dealing in Phillipines
easy 25% again when your Henry's, thundermark's, puket guys of the world start bleeting again to the plebs
when the likes of Freeport walk away or are forced to walk away the chances of this being mined are significantly lower IMO
