    My guess is Scripps already have compounds better suited for Covid so we hang on the partner for HIV, It appears scripps has sped up the process in developing therapeutic's by 3-5 years. With some developments able to hop straight to phase 2.

    Meanwhile we lose out on multiple 20 baggers awaiting an announcement. Groundhog Day.
