Woodfield Village Green, a shopping center across from Woodfield Mall in northwest suburban Schaumburg, is on the market. The approximately 509,000-square-foot center near the intersection of Golf and Meacham roads is part of a 52-property portfolio that Macquarie DDR U.S. Trust Inc. is seeking to sell. Woodfield Village Green and the other assets are available individually or in smaller groups. The center is about 93% leased, says John H. Pelusi Jr., CEO of the Pittsburgh-based parent company of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P., which is marketing the portfolio. The owner is a joint venture of Macquarie DDR Trust and suburban Cleveland-based Developers Diversified Realty Corp.
