For those private investors holding AXOG, do you plan to convert or not?
I was planning on not converting, but am worried that once AXO control 70% of the notes they can amend the terms of the notes via special meeting - and could then almost unilaterally extend the terms of the notes etc?
I don't want AXO shares, so any conversion would just be for quick sale of AXO's.
My theory on the arbitrage opportunity on the notes is that the insto's have agreed to a 6 month escrow - so might prefer cash now at a discount - but why private investors are not snapping this up is beyond me - they might be a little scared of money for nothing.
I would buy them, but partial conversion of the notes is not a possibility?
