How could positive FFO possibly happen? Would be interested in your numbers.
Their Q320 numbers annualised suggest $25m of negative FCF. This compares with a market cap of $90m.
Bearing in mind the FFO number is a pro forma management derived number, which excludes many things, and as a result the true FCF would be far lower.
The URF equity sliver seems to keep shrinking with each monthly update....
