If you're a long-term holder weekly fluctuations are completely irrelevant. If the story hasn't changed since your initial investment then ignore the inevitable fluctuations.

It's worth remembering that to make life-changing gains you need to be early into a stock, to be early you need a lot of patience, to have patience you need conviction, to have conviction you need to have done your research. The rest is noise, especially the retests and down days when traders sell on news.
