It will have to be at 10c by end of month. Has to. I have 10+ rare earth stocks in my RE watch list (the same usual suspects that everyone else has in its watch list ie ARU RRE GGG ALK IXR As, HAS RMX etc) and they ALL did X5 or more since the March low regardless their business model, stage of advancement, technology crap, producing or not etc .... (it is irrelevant) all stocks progress the same way as investors takes profit out of very performing stocks (after doing X5+) and poor to other stocks that have not progress as much yet. Those stocks then see their SP move up and so on and so on ...no company rationals involved nor deep due diligence to do, it just happens, just like bitcoins. Time for NTU I guess
