"QUESTION (1): What do you value AIO at, and what price do you think any potential takeover price will be at?"

OK this is a long rambling answer - The first job I got out of highschool was as a storemans assistant in an auction house. We would often get punters coming up and asking us what an item was worth, they always got the same answer, "its worth whatever someone is prepared to pay for it". That was the first of three great lessons I received over the summer. the second was "People in an auction will bid on anything" and the third was to find a job that had airconditioning. (the third one is the most important ;)

I will say that Im now holding and will wait for the June outcome which tells you that I want more than $1.20 and think I will get it.

"QUESTION (2): Why do you say "blind panic"? Do you think AIO are not serious about selling part or all of the company at $2 to $2.50?"

My reference to blind panic was to the very quick slide to 40 cents. People wanted to get out fast - go back an read anything by iluvgold - it was a very nervous time to be holding especially if you were reading HC posts. I think AIO are serious about avoiding being swallowed whole by the banks and will do whatever it takes including selling all or part their assets. for the price please refer to my answer to question one.

"QUESTION (3): Are you suggesting you have had so much bad luck with AIO that you will sell too cheaply? Please let me know what price you are prepared to sell at, and I will buy more before they announce the final bid prices etc..."

I had enough faith to break the rules and buy all the way down to 48.5 and then took a leaf out of selmax's book and sold all the way back up. I have actually done pretty well from AIO so far. In saying that I have sold som AIO at half its current price. I do feel a twinge of regret in not holding as is natural but I remind myself I made a profit.

I was going to sell my last parcel but Its now way too interesting for me to let go.

To the end of June in Death or Glory.

    Cheers

    BD

PS: dude Im just another punter. read my signature. If you want to know whats its really worth you need to spend some long hours crunching the numbers. If you spend too much time listening to people like me you will get burnt.
