I am not trying to say you are wrong about the funding situation in Australia,were we are talking about an Australian Bank.

The situation I believe would be different when you are talking about the UNDF,The African Development Bank,The Chinese Government Banks,Korean,Indian Government Banks,Japanese Banks.Companies like ArcelorMittal,Tata,Posco.Mitsubishi Bank and Company,Gulf State Banks and companies.

Who do the big companies in the resource sector go to for financing for Australian projects?
Not Australian Banks.
They get most of it from Asia,the likes of FMG,BHP,RIO,Hancock Mining.Even the smaller companies like AGO,GBG,MMX,MacArthur Coal.The Mid West Rail and Port infrastructure.All Asian.
