As we've been waiting over the Christmas period, CAV has formed a nice base around 0.9c.
Usually when price enters a tight channel like this, shown by the bollinger bands, it leads to an explosive move when triggered by a catalyst like news; this can be up or down.
We are in a waiting game as work in the new year re-commences, and IMO share price movement in penny stocks is heavily dependant on news/updates.
I would even argue that Price action and Technical analysis are much less useful for penny stocks as for mid-caps and blue-chps.
