I since sold out of GRR held for so long and although the dividend were juicy enough made a reasonable profit through long term capital growth did not justify holding to this stock.
For all the newcomers this is a dividend stock only.
As I had a substantial amount in GRR since switching in the last 6 weeks invested in WPL and already have a 6 figure capital growth - it would have taken me a few years to get this sort of return through GRR dividends alone.
GRR is a very good secure stock but dividends only - don't excited if you think this stock will have capital growth - I once thought despite the fundamentals did not eventuate.
