To produce 200k oz pa, even using the potential mill capacity of 2.8 mil tpa, would require a head grade of around 2.7g/t. Would need some good drilling results to get here. Or, a couple of years ago there was an ore benefication scheme proposed where by the low grade ore (0.3 to 0.6 g/t) could be significantly upgraded. The plant to do this was to be built in year three at a cost of about A$17 mil if my memory serves me correctly. I think the plan was shelved due to low grade ore becoming economical to process because of the rising POG. Digressing a bit but it was an interesting scheme.
I concur, IMO this has the potential to be something much more.
