I was itching to buy in when it was just above $1 back in Sept/Oct, but missed my opportunity window. I like GDI as a predominantly Perth based REIT, which appears to have many good things going for it at the moment. Although the WALE and occupancy for some of their buildings is a bit low for my liking, the yield looks relatively safe for the near term.
That being said, I too am waiting for it further retreat before pulling the trigger.
