    As I said in my earlier post:

    "Looking at their half yearly report as at 31/12, they only have $15M in cash. Don't they need $60M for the transaction?"

    Maybe the market does not believe that NKP can come up with the cash and they are expecting a scrip offer in lieu, hence the failure for the share price to react.
