Cumminscorp Limited has announced they were unable to meet the Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA) payment which was due on the 31st March 2009.

Further the Cumminscorp Board announced they are having broad discussion with a number of parties in relation to the sale of their patented C-Box Aquaculture technology. No offers have been received but the Company will keep the market aware as significant events occur.
